Some personal experience of bad market timing is baba i entered at 150ish looks cheap and its earning and growth rate fell accordingly to the economy down to 70ish. Same for Burberry entering at 1450ish look ok but despite a 45% drop it has since drop to 1200ish thats a 60ish% drop from all time high.
Burberry is still an extremely high class business , i look to get in when fundmentals start to improve and wait on the side lines.
